3. Laboratory testing
Airborne honey is different because we use our laboratory to identify each honey type.
This is the only way of knowing exactly what each honey is. The most important tests
for honey identification are colour and pollen count. So we print the pollen count on the back of the jar so you can be sure of the quality every time you purchase.
