Overnight Oats with Manuka Honey

Make your mornings easier with a simple, healthy breakfast that you can grab and go. There’s no cooking required; just combine all the ingredients in a bowl the night before, stir and put in the fridge.


  • ½ cup wholegrain oats
  • ½ cup milk 
  • ½ cup chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp 70+ Manuka Honey
  1. Add oats and chia seeds to a small jar or bowl.
  2. Pour in milk and drizzle manuka honey over the top. Stir well with a spoon to combine.
  3. Cover and chill in the fridge for at least two hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the oats to absorb the liquid and soften.
  4. In the morning, add your favourite toppings and enjoy it at home or on-the-go.
